GROUP TRAINING/CROSSFIT CLASSES
Take the guesswork out of your training and let us do it for you! With over 30 classes each week, PBTL has a timeslot for everyone. Our professional and experienced coaches will guide you every step of the class.
PERFORMANCE TRAINING
If you want to step into some local competitions, improve your CrossFit Open score, or have a little more time available—then this is for you. Our performance training includes extra programming, a weekly swim session, and our Saturday morning 5:30 AM team training.
1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Want to maximize your results, fast-track your progress, or perfect a new skill? Then 1-1 personal training is perfect for you. Our expert trainers tailor sessions specifically to your individual needs.
NUTRITION COACHING
Improved health isn’t achieved through workouts alone. That’s why PBTL offers a range of nutritional support services. From 1-1 consultations to ongoing weekly accountability, we have options to suit everyone.
RECOVERY ROOM
PBTL knows that proper recovery is essential in any gym program, which is why we’ve set up a recovery room. With Normatec compression boots and Hyperice compression massage guns, you can relax in our recliners and recover after your session. Bookings are essential.
TEENS AND TWEENS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our youth sessions run each school term throughout the year, catering to ages 8 through 15. Whether your child wants to improve athletic performance or simply build strength and fitness, our youth program is perfect for all.
