About Us

Naomi might be the “smart” one, but George is the funny & beautiful one! With a unique way of telling people to “suck it”, whilst also getting the best out of them, you can be assured you’ll have fun while she’s kicking your ass.

As a multiple Australian junior squash champion, training has always been a part of George’s life. However, after starting her family, it fell to the back burner until she started CrossFit. It was here she found a place to still be competitive but in a fun environment. It also ignited a passion to help people feel empowered in and out of the gym.

After completing her Certificate 3&4 in fitness & CrossFit Level 1, George began her coaching career at Wiser 1 CrossFit. In 2016 she fell pregnant with a third baby and did not want to give up her training. This sparked an interest in pre/post natal exercise and learning all she could to help other woman train safely, confidently and how they wanted to, in the gym environment.

For George, coaching is more than just getting people moving well or losing weight, it’s about showing them how truly capable of greatness they are.

Naomi started in the health and fitness industry in 2000, working as a PT for Fernwood Women’s Health Clubs. At this time, she was completing dual degrees in Clinical Exercise Physiology and Education. After teaching for several years, Naomi started her own business while on maternity leave with her twins in 2011. In 2018, she completed her post-graduate studies in nutrition, through Deakin University and currently, she is completing her PhD in Exercise Science where she is investigating the role of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and progressive strength training (PRT) for improving mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in older adults.

If Naomi is not stuck behind a computer, you’ll often find her coaching her kid’s netball team, having a crack at Olympic lifting or being on the receiving end of a few of George’s “suck its”.

With their powers combined, Naomi and George offer a complete health and fitness service that provides you with a supportive community but is still tailored to your individual needs.
